Cookery remains a great passion and I’m fortunate enough to have made a living from this.

Since writing my book I’ve been asked to develop and film recipes for household names including Morrisons (for whom I’ve also been retained as a children’s food expert).

I’m happy to provide a full consultancy service on menu development taking into account my two niche areas: children’s food and healthy / vegetarian / vegan food. I’ve worked with a variety of clients from hotels to household names and have become known for my easy-going and relaxed style. Working to tight budgets / specific nutritional guidelines is not a problem.

Likewise I’m an experienced home ec and food stylist, with an extensive props cupboard, and a creative, cotemporary eye.

I’m also always happy to get involved with food festivals and live cookery demos.

I recently embarked upon the food project of a lifetime by self-funding and launching my first restaurant, HOME, offering ‘every day’ vegetarian food. Within a year of opening we were featured by key national and regional press including The Saturday Telegraph and The Mail on Sunday and magazines including Olive, Crumbs, and Somerset Life – plus Delicious magazine who asked me to blog about the process of opening a restaurant.
