I’m a food, travel and lifestyle writer. My work has been published in national press including Olive and Delicious magazines as well as The Evening Standard and The Independent.

I’m also the author of ‘25 Foods Kids Hate and how to get them eating 24’ (New Holland) which has been translated into French, Dutch and Polish (the quirky title? My agent’s idea). On publication the book spawned blanket press coverage from The Sunday Times to Red magazine. It also found me invited into the kitchens of various high profile clients plus the couch of ITV’s The Lorraine Show, positioning me as a leading expert on children’s food and their eating habits. I’m now frequently asked to provide expert opinion on topics such as fussy eating.

Alongside this I’m a fast and adept copy writer with a particular interest in speech writing. I’ve previously written speeches for clients including the Spanish Tourist Office and The Spanish Embassy.
